Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional manner.
- Process payments accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems for cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and price checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and security regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
