Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, ensuring all transactions are balanced and reconciled at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to maintain optimal product availability.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Previous experience in cashiering, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
