- Process cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Assist in store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Actively promote products and upsell/cross-sell to meet sales targets
- Handle customer returns and exchanges per company policies
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in stock replenishment and inventory counts
Kualifikasi
