- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stock replenishment
- Support store manager in daily operations and team coordination
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling techniques
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong numerical skills and cash handling accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
