- Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system
- Provide friendly customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly
- Manage cash drawer balancing and daily reconciliation procedures
- Upsell products, promotions, and loyalty program benefits
- Maintain organized checkout area and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
