- Accurately process all cash, credit/debit card, and other financial transactions using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and customer service.
- Assist with minor merchandising tasks or store tidiness during downtime, as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service/retail role is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light items (up to 10-15 kg) as required.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
