Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and e-wallets, with high precision.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns at the checkout counter.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Assist in stock replenishment and basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
- Verify the accuracy of scanned items and ensure price tags align with system data.
- Maintain a secure cash drawer and perform end-of-shift balancing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A proactive, honest, and reliable work ethic.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
