Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record all incoming payments accurately and promptly
- Manage daily cash operations and bank transactions
- Maintain and reconcile cash and bank accounts regularly
- Handle customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cashier or banking operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge of functions like VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
