Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record all daily cash and bank receipts and disbursements accurately.
- Perform daily physical cash counts and reconcile totals against system reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Verify and document operational expenses, ensuring all supporting invoices and receipts are valid.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to settle payments and manage petty cash accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for management review.
- Monitor banking transactions and ensure timely deposits or withdrawals as required.
- Maintain comprehensive financial files and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Finance Staff, or similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high integrity.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pekanbaru, Riau.
