Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is a leading food and beverage company in Indonesia, committed to delivering quality products to consumers nationwide. We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Cashier & Bank Staff to join our finance department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and essential documentation. You will play a critical role in supporting our financial integrity by managing cash flow reports, processing promotional claims, and maintaining organized archives of all transactional documents. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to ensure all financial records are audit-ready at all times.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify daily cash reports and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
- Manage and process all internal promotional claims in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain systematic bundling and archiving of all cash transaction documents for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies in cash and bank statements.
- Monitor and record daily petty cash disbursements and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
- Support month-end closing activities related to cash and banking operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, or accounting administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in document archiving and records management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability.
