Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and preparing daily sales reports.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with basic store merchandising and ensure items are properly tagged or displayed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during busy peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and honesty.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital registers.
