Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet all customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Process customer orders accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with high precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and beverage display counters.
- Assist baristas in packing orders and maintaining smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries, suggestions, and feedback professionally.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash reports at the end of every shift.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Waiter, or in a Customer Service role is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-tasking effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and digital payment platforms (QRIS, E-wallets).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
