Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment with precision
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about products and promotions
- Bag and package purchases carefully to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and other retail technology
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
