Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments via cash, bank transfers, and EDC machines
- Verify transaction accuracy before cargo release authorization
- Maintain detailed financial records and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist customers with payment inquiries and billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with cargo operations team to ensure smooth payment workflows
- Adhere to company financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Operate point-of-sale systems and EDC equipment efficiently
- Prepare daily financial reports for department review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/finance certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or financial processing role
- Proficiency in EDC machine operation and basic accounting software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cargo logistics operations (advantageous)
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
