Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve product inquiries
- Manage daily cash registers and reconcile transactions
- Maintain organized checkout areas and product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle returns/exchanges according to company policy
- Prepare daily sales reports and financial summaries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or cashier role
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
