Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments while issuing correct receipts and invoices.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, menu recommendations, and promotional information.
- Monitor point-of-sale (POS) system performance and resolve any transaction discrepancies immediately.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and placing replenishment orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cashier roles is preferred.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo training and adhere to company standards and grooming policies.
