Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Assist with stock replenishment and store maintenance
- Operate scanning equipment and process returns/exchanges
- Balance cash register and daily sales reports
- Adhere to security protocols and loss prevention measures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Prior cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
