Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit, and chip transactions accurately and efficiently at the casino cage.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in financial reporting and balancing of cash floats.
- Provide prompt and professional service to guests while adhering to casino operational policies.
- Maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and internal control procedures.
- Assist with administrative duties and documentation as required by the finance department.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities to ensure the security of the gaming floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels, or equivalent professional certification.
- Prior experience in a cashiering, retail, or hospitality role is highly advantageous.
- Strong numerical proficiency and integrity in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills with a guest-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to work in a casino environment.
