You will be responsible for handling transactions, maintaining the cleanliness of our retail area, and assisting customers with their purchases. We offer a supportive environment and a clear path for growth for dedicated team members.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail display area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products on shelves.
- Greet every customer with a cheerful and respectful demeanor to ensure high service standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns regarding products and services.
- Perform daily balancing of cash drawers and end-of-shift reporting.
- Uphold workplace safety and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or cashiering is highly preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Energetic, proactive, and positive personality.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong integrity and reliability when handling cash transactions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high foot traffic.
