As a Cashier/Dispatch Specialist, you will manage our Point of Sale (POS) systems, oversee daily inventory levels, perform quality checks on prepared food, and handle secure food packing. Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Perform daily inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Conduct meticulous quality checks on all food and beverage orders before they are packed for delivery or pickup.
- Safely and hygienically pack food items according to company packaging guidelines and presentation standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch riders and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor order issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate; Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food & Beverage Services is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Food Dispatcher, or similar role in the F&B/Retail industry.
- Familiarity with POS software, cash handling procedures, and digital payment systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for details and food quality.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
