We are looking for energetic team members who are comfortable handling cash transactions, processing payments accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the checkout counters. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital e-wallets, with high precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout workstation.
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with bagging items when necessary.
- Verify item prices and apply discounts or promotions correctly as per store policy.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the shift supervisor.
- Ensure the security of cash drawers and follow all store handling procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by store management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Mathematics for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Honest, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
