Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process all customer transactions using a POS system, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting with product locations.
- Maintain a clean and organised checkout area, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Handle cash and reconcile daily sales transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist with basic merchandising tasks, such as restocking shelves near the checkout or ensuring product displays are tidy.
- Resolve customer complaints or refer them to appropriate management personnel promptly and professionally.
- Promote Econsave's loyalty programs or special offers to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role, preferably within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
