Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with strict attention to detail and integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any payment-related issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cashier workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist in balancing the cash register at the end of each shift and preparing daily reports.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and cash handling regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory team to ensure stock accuracy and smooth store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Secondary School qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy in handling money.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
