As a Cashier/Encoder, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations, bridging the gap between customer transactions and inventory management. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Ensure 100% accuracy when encoding inventory data and sales records into the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional checkout area at all times.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the end of every shift and prepare daily sales reports for management.
- Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory audits when required.
- Verify product pricing and ensure all tags correspond with the system database.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level in any field; relevant vocational certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience as a cashier or data encoder in a retail or hardware store is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer operations and basic spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail for handling cash and sensitive data.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
