We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Gigahertz Computer Systems in the Festival Mall branch. As a leading retailer in the IT and consumer electronics sector, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our community. We are seeking a friendly and efficient professional to manage our front-of-house operations and ensure a smooth checkout experience for our valued customers.
In this role, you will be the face of our store, responsible for processing transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area and sales floor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and locate items within the store.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and prepare cash drawers for opening and closing shifts.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and merchandise display.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Retail or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a retail or cashier role.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
