Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily cash transactions including payments, deposits, and withdrawals with 100% accuracy
- Maintain detailed financial records and reconcile daily cash balances against system reports
- Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries
- Assist in preparing daily financial summaries and supporting documentation for month-end closing
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with finance team to resolve discrepancies and optimize transaction processes
- Operate point-of-sale systems and financial software efficiently
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in accounting preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashiering or financial transaction roles
- Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail with financial data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Integrity and trustworthiness with handling confidential financial information
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills beneficial
