As the face of our store, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive shopping experience from the moment they enter until they check out.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, efficient service at the checkout counter.
- Handle customer inquiries, product returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area throughout the shift.
- Perform daily cash-up procedures and ensure financial records are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Promote loyalty programs and ongoing store promotions to customers.
- Assist in general store maintenance or merchandising tasks during quieter periods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail, cashier, or customer service role is highly preferred but not required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic proficiency in Mathematics and computer/POS system operation.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Malay and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
