Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
- Issue detailed receipts and transaction confirmations to customers
- Maintain cash drawer integrity through precise balancing and reconciliation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving payment issues
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Uphold company policies regarding discounts, returns, and payment processing
- Collaborate with store team to ensure smooth checkout operations during peak hours
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and secure checkout environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service roles preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
