Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and e-wallets, with high accuracy.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout workstation.
- Assist with store merchandising and product replenishment during downtime.
- Perform daily cash counts and reconcile drawer balances at the start and end of shifts.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as per the shift roster.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of additional dialects is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
