As a Cashier, you will be responsible for the front-of-house operations, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions with absolute accuracy and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and digital payments, ensuring all receipts are issued correctly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and bank deposits, reporting any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory checks, shelf stocking, and store housekeeping duties as required.
- Follow all company policies, including security procedures, loss prevention protocols, and brand standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and stock team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong numeracy skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
