Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments correctly, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, price checks, and any issues regarding their purchases.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and bags.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company dress codes and policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
