Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers, resolving inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout counter at all times.
- Perform accurate daily balancing of the cash drawer and end-of-shift reporting.
- Assist in general store maintenance, including shelving, display organization, and housekeeping.
- Adhere to all store policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Excellent numerical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude toward customers and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Dependable, punctual, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
