Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems and credit card terminals.
- Handle cash, checks, and digital payments while ensuring correct change is given and receipts are provided.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area, including bagging items neatly.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Reconcile daily sales reports, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure all cash drawers are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels at the register and notify management of low stock or price discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and data entry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems or retail software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Good numeracy skills and a trustworthy demeanor when handling money.
