As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering the premium service experience that BreadTalk is famous for. You will manage point-of-sale transactions, assist customers with their purchases, and ensure our bakery remains a welcoming environment for everyone. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Handle various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide information about current bakery promotions and products.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding service area.
  • Perform daily balancing of cash drawers and prepare sales reports at the end of the shift.
  • Assist in managing queue flow to ensure short wait times for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure inventory levels at the display are maintained.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
  • Proven experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
  • Basic mathematical skills and high attention to detail for handling transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong integrity and reliability.
