Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day cash transactions and bank reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for local and regional management.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and Mandarin-speaking clients/partners to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Maintain comprehensive physical and digital financial documentation and archives.
- Monitor petty cash balances and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and internal audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or finance administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERPs).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and cash management standards.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
