Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register system
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the store management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems
- Honest and trustworthy with a high level of integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as required
