Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle cash, credit, debit card payments, and change with strict accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with product selection.
- Replenish merchandise shelves and display products to maintain an organized and appealing store layout.
- Ensure the checkout area and surrounding aisles are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail sales role is preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to perform basic math calculations quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
