Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and issue resolution
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure transaction security
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price verification
- Handle returns/exchanges according to company policies
- Perform daily cash register balancing and reconciliation
- Uphold cleanliness standards in checkout zones and customer areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic numeracy and cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
