Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic cashier station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.
- Perform daily cash counts and reconcile sales reports with the management team.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
- Available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
