Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer experience
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
