Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallet transactions with high attention to detail.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
- Assist with basic store inventory tasks and stock replenishment when necessary.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and money handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or other local dialects is an added advantage.
