Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
- Greet customers warmly and provide information regarding products or store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, ensuring zero discrepancies.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with store inventory counts and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Generate daily sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using POS hardware and basic office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Resides in or near Cabuyao, Laguna for ease of commute.
- Strong integrity and reliability in handling cash transactions.
