Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about lighting products and assisting with selection
- Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including lighting displays and checkout areas
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking lighting products and tracking stock levels
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Upsell lighting products and promotional items to enhance customer experience and sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical skills with accuracy in handling cash and transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Interest in lighting products and home improvement
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
