Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and resolving customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash payments, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate cash registers
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
- Support operational tasks including price checks, returns processing, and stock audits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- College level or Senior High School graduate
- Minimum 6 months retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and transactions
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules (including weekends/holidays)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments
