Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customer payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and various payment methods (cash, credit, digital wallets).
  • Warmly greet every customer, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the store.
  • Assist customers in locating specific furniture items and provide helpful product information or recommendations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout counter and surrounding retail area.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure that all financial documentation is accurate.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure promotional offers and discounts are applied correctly.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • High level of integrity and honesty in handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS software/barcode scanners.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a busy retail environment.
