Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and various payment methods (cash, credit, digital wallets).
- Warmly greet every customer, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the store.
- Assist customers in locating specific furniture items and provide helpful product information or recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout counter and surrounding retail area.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Perform daily sales reconciliation and ensure that all financial documentation is accurate.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure promotional offers and discounts are applied correctly.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, cashiering, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- High level of integrity and honesty in handling cash and financial transactions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS software/barcode scanners.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a busy retail environment.
