- Accurately process cash, check, and credit transactions at the point of sale while maintaining high standards of efficiency.
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and assist them in locating products or answering general inquiries.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies and security procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate furniture recommendations.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Stay updated on current promotions, product features, and pricing to assist customers effectively.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
