Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and product information to showroom visitors
- Maintain organized cash registers and daily transaction records
- Assist with showroom inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries and transaction-related issues promptly
- Uphold company policies on cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate with sales team to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or customer service role
- Proficient in operating POS systems and basic software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions
