Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, checks, and digital payments with strict adherence to cash handling policies and audit requirements.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and process refunds according to company protocols.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing information on pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area to ensure a professional shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory checks and replenishment of merchandise at the counter when needed.
- Resolve minor customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the floor manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Retail, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform accurate cash counts and balance drawers.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computerized cash registers or POS systems.
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a keen eye for detail.
