- Perform daily reconciliation of sales and financial records
- Generate and submit comprehensive financial reports to management
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout interactions
- Maintain organized cash drawers and financial documentation
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock management
- Resolve customer inquiries and transaction discrepancies promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or retail financial roles
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with POS systems and cash management software
