We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cashier to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and maintaining the integrity of our operational finances. You will manage both small-scale petty cash and large-scale cash transactions, perform daily reconciliations, and provide essential documentation and reporting to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.
As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in the smooth flow of our business activities. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring all financial records are up-to-date. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Handle both petty cash and large-scale cash deposits with precision and security.
- Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations to ensure all records match.
- Document all financial transactions and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist in preparing weekly or monthly financial reports for management review.
- Process sales or service transactions and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to company financial policies and internal control procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) in a related field.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role is preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, computers, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work full-time with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
